Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end ownership of programme vision and direction, empowering and guiding high-performing delivery teams.
  • •Maintain assurance and control frameworks, managing programme functions with focus on outcomes and benefits realisation.
  • •Lead commercial and contractual management of commissions to achieve delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and performance objectives.
  • •Build structured stakeholder engagement and decision-making frameworks across seniority levels.
  • •Develop and implement financial oversight, and lead risk strategy and health & safety assurance, while managing people and culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering complex transformation/real estate programmes (£100m–£300m+) with tangible benefits and outcomes.
  • •Strong construction programme delivery background, progressing into programme delivery management within a construction environment.
  • •Experience leading and working on large multidisciplinary teams (project management, project controls, technical, and commercial teams).
  • •Strong understanding of construction project delivery models, procurement routes, and contracts including NEC and JCT.
  • •People management experience with professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) and health & safety knowledge including CDM and the Building Safety Act.
