•Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPIs and taking action to achieve targets.
•Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members; support succession planning for future leaders.
•Lead excellent customer service using in-the-moment coaching, role modeling, and customer feedback.
•Manage inventory (ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting inventory counts) and maintain visual/merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
•Protect store assets and ensure compliance with safety and security policies, cash handling, and proper functioning of store equipment; maintain accurate records including payroll/labor activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven, results-driven retail store manager experience (1 year is helpful).
•Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; energized by working with guests and your team.
•Strong bias toward action and ability to multitask and prioritize many daily responsibilities.
•Desire to coach and mentor with an eye for detail (cleanliness, presentation, and service quality).
•Ability to lift 25 pounds and maintain adherence to operational, safety, and cash-handling guidelines.
