Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain harmonious PR with trade and provide prompt, efficient customer service.
  • •Ensure 100% compliance to journey plans and adherence to call sequence and objectives.
  • •Achieve KPIs for Availability and Visibility, including BDA implementation and/or share of space via planograms.
  • •Proactively manage near-expiry and damage items using FIFO; highlight near-expiry issues 3 months prior.
  • •Execute display drives, ensure SKU availability in every outlet, manage trade returns, report competition activities and survey findings, and service new outlet openings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of local UAE experience in a similar role or 2 years’ experience in a related role.
  • •Familiarity with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.
  • •Good communication skills (particularly listening) in English and Hindi.
  • •Open to being relocated within UAE.
  • •High school or equivalent education.
