Job Summary

Develop and maintain software for air traffic management systems in a highly collaborative ATS-SED team. Work across the full software lifecycle in a Linux/C++ environment, integrating networked and distributed components, with Agile practices and close coordination with management and external stakeholders. Onsite roles in Marlborough MA, Omaha NE or Fullerton CA.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain software packaged into ATS products
•Maintain documentation and work instructions to meet high maturity software engineering standards
•Participate in the Agile process including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming and story pointing
•Collaborate with an integrated engineering team and stakeholders through frequent multi-level communication
•Support, design, develop, integrate, and test operational software components throughout the software development life-cycle

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Requires a STEM degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience
•Experience developing software in a Linux/Unix environment
•Experience with the complete software development lifecycle using modern C++
•Experience developing networked software applications using TCP/IP, UDP or distributed messaging technologies
•Experience developing software for radar systems, sensor systems, signal processing applications, or other complex distributed systems
