Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement best practices and report scheduling trends internally and externally.
  • •Create and analyze project schedules in Primavera P6 for a portfolio of projects, including critical path scheduling and look-ahead reporting (1, 3, and 6 months).
  • •Review and apply engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic, producing conceptual schedules from initiation through closeout.
  • •Regularly update schedules inline with the program calendar using standard planning principles, including resource loading and float-path tracking.
  • •Prepare monthly progress reports, monitor schedule issues, and coordinate with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity (SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience supporting construction and capital project delivery.
  • •Prior experience building complex master schedules.
  • •Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting; able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
