Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and manage the global lease portfolio, ensuring compliance with lease terms and identifying optimization opportunities
  • •Develop and maintain ROI models and financial analysis for new store openings, relocations, and expansions
  • •Perform detailed analysis of lease clauses, including co-tenancy, termination rights, operating restrictions, and landlord obligations
  • •Conduct CAM audits, rent reconciliations, and tax reviews to ensure accuracy and avoid overpayments
  • •Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports to support real estate and business stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • •5–8 years of experience in real estate analytics, lease portfolio management, or retail operations support roles
  • •Strong experience in ROI modeling, financial analysis, and lease performance metrics
  • •Hands-on experience working with lease agreements, contract terms, and landlord obligations
  • •Experience conducting CAM audits, rent reviews, and lease compliance checks
