•Analyze and manage the global lease portfolio, ensuring compliance with lease terms and identifying optimization opportunities
•Develop and maintain ROI models and financial analysis for new store openings, relocations, and expansions
•Perform detailed analysis of lease clauses, including co-tenancy, termination rights, operating restrictions, and landlord obligations
•Conduct CAM audits, rent reconciliations, and tax reviews to ensure accuracy and avoid overpayments
•Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports to support real estate and business stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•5–8 years of experience in real estate analytics, lease portfolio management, or retail operations support roles
•Strong experience in ROI modeling, financial analysis, and lease performance metrics
•Hands-on experience working with lease agreements, contract terms, and landlord obligations
•Experience conducting CAM audits, rent reviews, and lease compliance checks
