Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, cultivate, steward, and solicit (when appropriate) an individual donor portfolio, including planning annual stewardship programs.
  • •Set vision, strategy, and plan for portfolio cultivation to maximize revenue, and execute annual and multi-year individual giving campaigns.
  • •Support the SMD and Executive Director in managing the New York Board, including quarterly preparation and board member fundraising support.
  • •Lead stream portfolio reviews and moves management progress checks to strengthen pipeline, engagement, and portfolio health.
  • •Maintain donor, prospect, and fundraising activity information in Salesforce and use it to track progress and adjust strategy.
