Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for customer invoicing and account-related issues and support unique invoicing/payment requirements.
  • •Process full-cycle billing and Accounts Receivable activities, including sales orders and invoices in the accounting system.
  • •Monitor accounts receivable and customer payments to ensure timely processing.
  • •Review, verify, and process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • •Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing working papers and supporting month-end/year-end commentary and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Business degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in final year of study).
  • •Strong interest in pursuing CPA designation (CPA PEP eligibility or intention to enroll).
  • •0–2 years of relevant accounting experience, including internships/co-ops or other accounting/finance experience.
  • •Experience with NetSuite is a strong asset.
  • •Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with interest in learning AI business tools.
