Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe, appropriate nursing care to a defined patient population using the nursing process.
  • •Identify outcomes, assure quality of care, and adjust care plans based on health outcomes against goals and standards.
  • •Conduct basic patient assessment to determine normal vs abnormal characteristics and monitor signs/symptoms and medication/treatment reactions.
  • •Plan and implement patient care, handle reporting/referrals per standardized procedures, and initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
  • •Deliver and document direct and indirect patient care in the electronic medical record, coordinating with care teams through communication and rapport building.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide nursing care and carry out established nursing regimes under a preceptor or designated RN.
  • •Follow QCHP nursing/midwifery competency framework and ensure care delivery aligns with Joint Commission International and Plan of Care policies.
  • •Perform patient assessment, identify normal vs abnormal signs, and use nursing processes to deliver direct and indirect care.
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents, perform skin tests/immunizations/phlebotomy, and support peripheral venous access initiation.
  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (1 year in GCC preferred), and preferably SAP/ERP functional knowledge.
