Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain tracker inventory in the ICC office, including scanning trackers returned from exit gates and checking them in and out.
  • •Charge, test, organize, and prepare trackers for deployment into the field.
  • •Conduct bi-weekly inventory audits across office, gates, and other assigned areas, and reconcile billing invoices.
  • •Retrieve and evaluate trackers needing further attention (RFA), determine corrective actions, and process returns and replacement orders.
  • •Monitor vehicle inventory volumes and analytics dashboards, communicate risks/status to leadership and the Global Control Manager, and support Lot Vision training and deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or a higher degree/certification plus 1 year, or 5 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to be a safe driver.
  • •Clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • •Ability to maintain accurate tracker inventory records, including scanning check-ins/outs.
  • •Ability to support inventory audits and invoice reconciliation.
