Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • •Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts for compliance with design requirements and contractual obligations.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and support smooth execution.
  • •Procure materials, equipment, and services, monitor progress, inspect work quality, identify risks/delays, and take proactive mitigation actions.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, drawings, change orders, RFIs) and support cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience in construction projects.
  • •Proficiency in construction project management methodologies and techniques.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials; ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
