Job Summary

Lead hazardous materials, indoor environmental quality, and industrial hygiene projects from proposal through delivery for WSP’s Atlantic EHS Compliance team. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while overseeing building assessments, inspections, investigations, and technical reporting. Partner with multidisciplinary teams and clients to identify environmental health and safety risks and implement practical solutions that improve workplaces, safer buildings, and environmental performance across Atlantic Canada.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead hazardous materials, indoor environmental quality, and industrial hygiene projects from proposal through delivery.
•Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver successful client outcomes.
•Conduct and oversee building assessments, inspections, investigations, and reporting activities.
•Support clients in identifying environmental health and safety risks and implementing practical solutions.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior professionals while maintaining client relationships.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 76,300 - 119,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Experience managing projects involving hazardous materials assessments, indoor environmental quality, industrial hygiene, or related environmental consulting services.
•Strong understanding of relevant federal, provincial, and industry regulations and standards.
•Demonstrated experience preparing technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
•Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
