Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and improve global O2C policy and process management in line with global requirements.
  • •Monitor and support global O2C communication channels and manage global inquiries in coordination with the Head of O2C.
  • •Coordinate with technical teams to implement O2C tool changes, including approvals and communication of updates.
  • •Act as point of contact for transitions (e.g., M&A and new tools/processes) and for local requirements, including handling approvals.
  • •Manage escalations and special-case guidance, define and track compliance KPIs, and support audits via external providers and training content management.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, E-Commerce, or a comparable education.
  • •Extensive experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), process management, or compliance.
  • •Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficient with global platforms and tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Nessie, and the O2C Portal.
  • •Ability to coordinate global projects and collaborate with international teams, with technical understanding for IT and developer work.
