Director - Regulatory

Manage rate and tariff regulatory matters for interstate natural gas pipelines, supporting day-to-day pipeline operations and regulatory compliance. Lead preparation and coordination of FERC filings (rate cases, certificate and tariff components, and related compliance filings), assess regulated rates of return, and develop rate/fuel/tariff structures for new services and expansions. Build internal/external customer relationships, analyze regulatory requirements, and represent the company in regulatory hearings and negotiations as needed.
