Key Responsibilities

  • •Support technical delivery of projects from design to closure, following defined company standards and practices.
  • •Create and support design documents including FDS, DDS, test procedures, and training manuals.
  • •Lead customer meetings (KOM), run design workshops/trainings, and manage testing activities.
  • •Track and manage project progress to schedule; report progress regularly to stakeholders and manage customer expectations within budget and timelines.
  • •Oversee, supervise, and review team members’ tasks; provide clear guidance and mentor junior colleagues; monitor post–go-live value capture and address customer issues by escalating internally.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years’ experience designing and implementing APM solutions for refining, petrochemical, mining, power, or other chemical industries.
  • •Strong understanding of unit operations/processes in chemical process industries and industry standards in APM.
  • •Ability to build equipment/process performance models using thermodynamic and first-principles approaches.
  • •Experience implementing APM modules such as RCM, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), including operations, maintenance, and failure diagnosis for operating equipment.
  • •Working experience with analytics and integrations, including R/Python/ML tools, SQL queries and stored procedures, and integrations via OPC, OLEDB, ODBC, and web services.
