Direct and administer the operational efforts of the banking center, ensuring policies, legal/regulatory requirements, security procedures, and service standards are followed. Supervise lobby and teller staff, manage daily scheduling/workflow, maintain cash controls and balanced transactions, and oversee deposits, audit requirements, and weekly logs. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, cross-sell bank services, set and drive sales goals, manage expenses, and prepare activity reports for management.
