Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all programs and operational phases, including contractor scheduling, contract preparation, and cost estimation.
  • •Develop, implement, and evaluate programs, operating policies, and strategic planning and budget development aligned to company goals.
  • •Lead the operations team and ensure proper HR resourcing and staffing allocation across projects, supporting daily opening and closing duties.
  • •Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations and manage risk and legal activities (letters of agreement, contracts, leases, and documents).
  • •Support implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong planning and scheduling skills to oversee construction projects and ensure timely completion.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes for quality and compliance.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maintain profitability.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
