Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to and promote environmental, health, safety, training, and company policies and requirements, including PPE usage.
  • •Coordinate personnel and activities using quarry standards, regulations, and department functions.
  • •Review and analyze reports and directives, and confer with the plant manager and supervisors to plan activities and solve problems.
  • •Provide work direction: prepare work schedules, set deadlines, and manage personnel for maintenance readiness by ensuring parts are ordered and in stock.
  • •Support product quality and customer service through communication with the plant manager, Quality Control, and lines of business; complete required reports and records.
