Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain complex calendars for Product leadership.
  • •Book complex travel and manage team and executive-level expenses.
  • •Create, organize, and maintain team mailing lists, folders, and drives; plan and execute team events.
  • •Respond to requests for information, connect people to the right resources, greet executive guests, and ensure guest sign-in.
  • •Attend meetings, track action items, assist with day-to-day projects, and drive small projects and administrative initiatives within the Product team.

Salary: USD 102,000 - 146,000 annually
