Sales Associate II

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations, using clienteling tools and mobile POS to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and efficient handling of purchases, returns, and exchanges. Collaborate with teammates and participate in training and brand initiatives.
