Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and monitor programme/project delivery across schedule, interfaces, cost, variations, contracts, and risk.
  • •Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan aligned to contract standards, governance, and delivery methodologies.
  • •Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, overseeing day-to-day delivery performance against cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
  • •Coordinate interfaces and manage design consultant and external provider delivery, including running design review meetings and communicating formal design acceptance.
  • •Maintain project reporting and governance including RACI tracker, monthly progress reports, risk register updates, and project change control.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience delivering construction and infrastructure projects, including aviation or similarly complex, operational environments.
  • •Strong understanding of regulated environments, covering operational, safety, and stakeholder requirements.
  • •Demonstrated site-based project delivery experience, including on-site construction management alongside office-based responsibilities.
  • •Experience using the NEC Suite of contracts in a client, contractor, or subcontractor role.
  • •Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within approved budget, including client-side project management and stakeholder management.
