Key Responsibilities

•Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models across diverse markets with local adaptations while maintaining financial discipline and alignment with logistics KPIs and rider satisfaction.
•Continuously evaluate financial impact of payment models and monitor cost-per-order (CPO) trends to balance profitability with rider supply and fleet retention.
•Deep-dive into large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities in rider payments and logistics operations, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
•Lead regional rollout of advanced data science models and automated tools for rider payments and operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, product) to test, implement, and scale new payment features and incentive components across the region.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking
•University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
•Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker
•Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
•Experience in gig-economy, marketplace dynamics, or logistics is a strong plus
