Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and respond to billing-related inquiries from other MasterCard support teams.
  • •Set up and maintain customer information in the billing system (Add, Change, Delete) and implement billing events and customer-specific rates.
  • •Perform credit memo and manual billing calculations using the Simple Billing Tool and ensure approvals per policy.
  • •Provide ad hoc reporting analysis for internal and external customers and analyze billing data for trends and revenue issues.
  • •Support audit and independent accounting firm inquiries on controls, maintain desktop procedures, and document follow-up and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to research and resolve billing issues end-to-end with strong understanding of processes.
  • •Familiarity with analytic tools including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
