Job Summary

Analyze and resolve billing-related inquiries across MasterCard teams using the Mastercard Consolidated Billing System (MCBS). Maintain customer and billing setup, implement billing events and customer-specific rates, and perform credit memo and manual billing calculations with the Simple Billing Tool. Provide ad hoc reporting and billing trend analysis, support audit and controls reviews, and document procedures while working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and respond to billing-related inquiries from other MasterCard support teams.
•Set up and maintain customer information in the billing system (Add, Change, Delete) and implement billing events and customer-specific rates.
•Perform credit memo and manual billing calculations using the Simple Billing Tool and ensure approvals per policy.
•Provide ad hoc reporting analysis for internal and external customers and analyze billing data for trends and revenue issues.
•Support audit and independent accounting firm inquiries on controls, maintain desktop procedures, and document follow-up and resolution.

Key Requirements

•Ability to research and resolve billing issues end-to-end with strong understanding of processes.
•Familiarity with analytic tools including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
•Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
•Understanding of risk management disciplines.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
