Director, Project Management and Scrum Master

Provide strategic leadership for complex technology initiatives by driving Agile delivery excellence across cross-functional teams. Oversee large-scale programs, lead project managers and Scrum teams, and partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies. Serve as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement. Lead program governance, risk management, issue resolution, executive reporting, and mentor teams to strengthen delivery capabilities.
