Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise Workday integrations spanning HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning, including third-party systems. Define integration frameworks and governance, build real-time/event-driven and batch/API-based interfaces, and ensure secure, compliant integrations. Own testing and release impact assessments for Workday bi-annual releases, provide Level 3 production support, and collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Workday integration solutions across HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and third-party applications.
•Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Messaging/Event Framework.
•Implement secure integration mechanisms, including authentication (OAuth, SAML), encryption protocols, and secure file transfers, ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA.
•Lead unit, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing, and support Workday bi-annual releases with impact assessments and remediation across tenant environments.
•Provide Level 3 production support for integration incidents, monitor performance, perform root cause analysis, and optimize for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of enterprise integration experience and 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development and architecture experience.
•Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations.
•Experience supporting global and multi-country Workday deployments.
•Strong experience with complex payroll, benefits, recruiting, talent, and finance integrations.
•Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week and be able to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad.
