Applied Scientist/Research Engineer - Palo Alto/NYC

Develop state-of-the-art AI models across modalities (text, image, speech) and apply novel research methods to real-world use cases. You will run pre- and post-training, deploy models on large GPU clusters, generate and curate training data, and build the tools and frameworks needed for training, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate cross-functionally with science, engineering, and product teams using agents and RAG pipelines, while managing client research communications.
