Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale a global engineering organization across Platforms and Forward Deployed tracks, including hiring, leveling, and developing leads.
  • •Partner to define and execute a year-plus roadmap for how business functions work with Claude and the success metrics that support it.
  • •Run the Platforms track for reliability, velocity, and scale of Claude Support and the platform layer used by employees.
  • •Run the Forward Deployed track, including engagement portfolio prioritization, handoffs to durable owners, and adoption that moves outcomes.
  • •Serve as technical executive partner to business leaders, set the engineering bar (production-adjacent builds, eval rigor, reusable patterns, responsible internal deployment), and represent internal practices to Enterprise customers with GTM.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in software engineering, including 6+ years leading engineers, with experience managing managers and a structured org of 20+ across multiple domains.
  • •Run internal tools, business systems, or platform engineering at scale, demonstrating reliability outcomes on the platform side and adoption outcomes on embedded deployments.
  • •Lead through technical judgment from agent architecture to eval design and failure modes, improving builds through strong reviews.
  • •Communicate trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders (e.g., General Counsel, Head of Workplace) and drive decisions they commit to.
