Drive sales at the counter, by phone, and via email for plumbing and related categories. Serve as the go-to product expert, deliver consultative guidance, and grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of strategic products. Mentor junior counter sales associates, collaborate with outside sales and branch management on local strategies, and manage complex orders, special projects, inventory support, and sales data analysis to identify opportunities.
