Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business and Subject Matter Experts to understand strategy and vision, then write, refine, accept, and prioritize user stories/features to support compliant solutions.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog for one or more Agile teams, including user stories with acceptance criteria and reviewing/accepting delivered output.
  • •Represent the business and customer perspective across the product delivery cycle, participating in cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and release roadmap-aligned work.
  • •Facilitate and document business processes with IT and stakeholders, preparing tactics and metrics for adoption, benefits, and risk management.
  • •Oversee development/testing/controls across technologies, identify/monitor risks aligned with risk & compliance policies, and coach/mentor other Product Owners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or directly related business operations/product line support.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases, and product management tools.
  • •Advanced knowledge of multiple technical delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe) and experience using them to write and deliver user stories.
  • •Advanced knowledge of business requirements, process flows, and use cases to streamline processes aligned to risk management and regulatory requirements.
