Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in people management and a strong enjoyment of coaching and team development.
  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful exposure to ML systems.
  • •Experience building and scaling LLM application development, including context engineering, evaluation, and orchestration.
  • •Ability to design and build tools used by others, with focus on UX, reliability, and documentation.
