•Develop a robust Behavioral Framework and translate the SoSafe Maturity Model into a Strategic Steering approach to drive measurable risk reduction
•Build and operationalize the consulting practice, defining the service catalog and delivery model for differentiation in the market
•Lead from the front with key accounts, delivering strategic advisory sessions while coaching the team
•Represent the consulting function in executive-level discussions to advocate for Human Risk Management
•Bridge field and internal teams, providing feedback to Product and Marketing to optimize customer value
