Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle broker phone calls and post mutual fund trade instructions into the Global Plus custody system.
  • •Manage wire transfers and balance daily cash activity tied to broker trades; reconcile accounts with brokerage statements.
  • •Process mutual fund corporate actions (e.g., mergers, liquidations) and perform quality checks within service timelines.
  • •Confirm trades through Fund/SERV, monitor settlements (including NSCC), and resolve transmission or system issues.
  • •Support daily operations by managing mailboxes, updating procedures, participating in system upgrade testing, and cross-training for coverage.
