Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback.
  • •Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and development plans to support team members in reaching their professional potential.
  • •Ensure the team is adequately resourced and equipped with the necessary tools, skills, and support to meet client and organizational standards; identify training needs and facilitate skills development.
  • •Establish and maintain strong control frameworks and review processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all financial deliverables.
  • •Oversee the preparation of audit schedules, coordinate audit responses, and maintain transparency and compliance with auditors.
  • •Analyze current processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and lead initiatives to drive process improvements and transformation.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a BPO or shared services environment.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced Excel is a must) and any accounting software.
  • •Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
  • •Experience establishing and enhancing control frameworks, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing process improvements.
