Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute comprehensive change enablement strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications/engagement models, training design/delivery, readiness measurement, and post-go-live sustainment.
  • •Own communications strategy and execution for initiatives, including engagement plans, targeted messaging across audiences, communication cadences, and leader enablement.
  • •Design and deliver training programs and materials such as curricula, e-learning modules, job aids, instructor-led sessions, and self-service resources; measure effectiveness and iterate based on adoption data.
  • •Conduct change impact assessments to identify who is affected, how work changes, and what support is needed to address resistance and skill gaps.
  • •Build and manage readiness frameworks and partner with project teams, Enterprise Solutions, People Team, and business leaders to align change with implementation timelines and objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in change management, organizational enablement, or a related field, owning both communications and training workstreams for enterprise system implementations or large-scale transformations.
  • •Led enablement for HRIS, ERP, or enterprise system rollouts, or supported M&A integrations bringing teams through process and system changes.
  • •Think in systems and stakeholders—map impacts and plan how to move people from awareness to adoption.
  • •Strong communicator with experience crafting executive-level messaging and developing job aids; writes clearly and facilitates effectively.
  • •Instructional design skills to build training that drives behavior change, with familiarity with learning evaluation models a plus.
