Job Summary

Provide remote security technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving incidents and problems, while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions. Use service assurance tools to investigate, collect performance statistics, and document incident resolution. Monitor service delivery against SLAs, identify actions to maintain or improve service levels, escalate unresolved issues, and support secure configuration management across configuration items (CIs).

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the support process and handle requests according to procedures.
•Investigate and diagnose issues using service assurance software and tools; collect performance statistics and create reports.
•Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures; carry out agreed maintenance tasks.
•Monitor service delivery against service level agreements, maintain records, and analyze service records to identify actions.
•Escalate unresolved incidents, follow up until resolved, provide service recovery, and document/close incidents per procedure while maintaining secure configuration data for CIs.

Key Requirements

•Moderate level experience in security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy and providing remote support using security technologies.
•Moderate level experience in technical support to clients, including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
•Knowledge of management agent concepts, redundancy concepts, and remote console architecture within the supported technical domain.
•Developing knowledge of vendor technologies including Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterCOnnect, and Sonus.
•Professional level certification in security technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Blue Coat, Zscaler; CCNP, JNCIP, ACCP, PCNSP, CCSP etc.).
