Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide trusted advice and recommendations to customers across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
  • •Identify customer goals and recommend tailored solutions, including planning for the future, home buying, or credit cards.
  • •Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions (app, ATMs).
  • •Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex needs.
  • •Follow financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling, and make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkups.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or GED required.
