Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor, coach, and provide performance management and leadership development to direct reports.
  • •Maintain adherence to operating standards, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train supervisory staff; ensure progression path training and certification processes.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving to meet quality, production, cost, and capacity objectives while ensuring health/safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; must be able to work overtime/weekends and meet physical requirements (lifting up to 40 pounds, standing/walking).
