Job Summary

Join the VIP Experience Production Crew to execute VIP design elements for Insomniac events through hands-on installation, load-in/load-out, and safe setup of custom environments. You’ll perform carpentry and painting tasks, repair and organize VIP assets, assist with vendor and internal teams, and help troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed while following safety regulations. This is an on-site, physically active role reporting to the VIP Production Manager.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Perform VIP load-in (installation) and load-out of design elements, props, and custom environments.
•Follow detailed drawings to install VIP design elements and assist VIP Decor and Lighting teams as needed.
•Use tools and material handling equipment to support carpentry, painting, repair, maintenance, and organization of VIP assets.
•Assist with assembly and dismantling of stage equipment and support 3rd-party vendor operations as needed.
•Safely operate utility vehicles and heavy equipment, comply with safety policies, and assist with emergency/unscheduled repairs.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 18.47 hourly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of art department and/or carpentry experience.
•Ability to use basic hand and power tools, plus tools/material handling equipment.
•Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, boom lift, or scissor lift (strongly preferred).
•Valid driver license and a U.S. passport; able to meet event physical demands (walking, stairs, lifting up to 75 lbs).
•Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, plus use of two-way radio and a mobile device.
