Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing an excellent customer experience. Load and unload cars, inspect equipment to ensure safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system. Drive safely in line with Carvana CMV Driver Qualification policy. This role works rotating shifts to support seven-days-a-week delivery operations.
