Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global AP and T&E operations, including vendor management, invoice processing, payment execution, and employee reimbursements across U.S. and international entities.
  • •Manage corporate credit card programs and serve as the primary escalation point for internal and external inquiries.
  • •Lead month-end AP close by reconciling discrepancies and ensuring completeness and accuracy of AP balances across all entities.
  • •Partner with Accounting on vendor accruals and perform flux analysis at month-end and quarter-end.
  • •Supervise and mentor the AP team; implement and adopt new systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,500 - 180,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 7 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including at least 2 years in a people manager role.
  • •Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations.
  • •NetSuite or other ERP experience required; experience with ZIP, Bill.com, or Brex strongly preferred.
  • •Process-minded approach with experience leveraging AI and AP automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
