Manager, Accounts Payable and Expenses

Own full-cycle accounts payable (AP) and travel & expense (T&E) operations across multiple U.S. and international entities. Lead vendor management, invoice processing, payments, and reimbursements while driving accurate month-end close and audit-ready documentation. Partner with Accounting on accruals and flux analysis, supervise and mentor the AP team, and help implement AI-first systems and process improvements with strong internal controls.
