Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Prepare journal entries and detailed revenue-related balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation.
  • •Analyze new and evolving revenue arrangements using relevant guidance and recommend accounting treatment.
  • •Maintain audit-ready workpapers and supporting schedules; investigate revenue variances and validate reconciliations.
  • •Identify and implement efficiencies in revenue accounting and billing workflows, including AI/automation experiments and cross-functional support for ERP, GAAP conversion, and entity consolidation.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with previous public accounting experience (CPA preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and audit processes (ASC 606 experience preferred).
  • •Comfort with data analysis to identify anomalies and validate numbers (SQL experience preferred).
  • •Detail-oriented, organized, and able to propose and implement workflow improvements; experience with accounting systems/tools is a plus.
