Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Aerospace business with local product development and engineering services for global product stewardship efforts.
  • •Study and interpret customer product-compliance requirements and implement them into applicable projects.
  • •Partner with India and global cross-functional teams (project engineering, Quality, Plant Manufacturing, Supply chain, Sales) on compliance work.
  • •Monitor project progress and achievements and provide regular reports on development and support activities.
  • •Research upcoming regulatory requirements, communicate findings, and support continuous process improvements using digital/automation tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (0–1 years) in Sustainability/Environmental science/Chemical/Mechanical/Electronics or Electricals engineering.
  • •Basic curiosity and inquisitiveness about product stewardship in relevant industrial/vehicle product or process industries.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering and science fundamentals plus arithmetic concepts (material, weight, volume, density, mass, units, measurement).
  • •Theoretical understanding of product stewardship and regulations including AD-DSL, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS, and Prop65.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form to explain technical concepts.
