Key Responsibilities

•Drive community safety risk initiatives by identifying emerging risks and translating business objectives into scalable strategy solutions.
•Analyze multi-dimensional signals (user behavior, content assets, graph relationships, device intelligence, feedback) to identify abuse patterns and build automated detection and mitigation.
•Design forward-looking, data-driven product strategies to evolve risk defense capabilities across global markets, balancing prevention, user experience, and growth.
•Collaborate with engineering to improve an end-to-end risk intelligence framework spanning perception, feature mining, detection, decision making, intervention, governance, and optimization.
•Explore and build AI agent-powered risk defense systems, enabling automated risk investigation, content review, strategy generation, feature mining, policy deployment, appeal processing, and continuous evolution.
