Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze process flows to identify defect anomalies and quarantine out-of-control process tools.
  • •Operate with a continuous improvement mindset to improve operations.
  • •Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies using inline process signals.
  • •Work with new inspection tools and strategies to detect problems earlier and identify sources.
  • •Participate in technical meetings and collaborate globally to develop best known methods and maintain alignment between sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Ability and interest in learning basic data science and data manipulation through scripting, coding, or programming.
  • •Willingness to investigate process anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and analyze data correlations.
  • •Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills, including good verbal and written English communication.
  • •Preference for experience with metrology/RDA inspection–related processing and/or exposure to data analytics, programming, automation, or AI tools.
