Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule and prepare supplies and PPE before patient visits.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area and provide scheduled services including blood draws and vitals.
  • •Support Annual Wellness Visits, including preventative and diagnostic services as needed.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 24 - 28 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks and drawing blood from a wide range of patients.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. and availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
