Key Responsibilities

•Interpret, analyze, and present logistics metrics/KPIs to management.
•Drive corrective actions with internal groups and outsourced logistics providers to improve metrics and address exceptions.
•Design and implement business processes and run process improvement projects affecting forward stocking location (FSL) and kit production operations.
•Run weekly reviews of process control exceptions and develop/document root cause and corrective actions with partners.
•Administer import/export documentation, support customs compliance, and perform audits/reviews to ensure invoices and shipments match regulatory and SLI requirements.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 96,000 - 132,000

Key Requirements

•Interpret and analyze metrics/KPIs, and drive corrective actions to address exceptions.
•Lead design and implementation of new business processes and process improvement projects to improve service levels and minimize costs.
•Prepare, review, and approve import/export documents (e.g., customs declarations, shipper letter of instruction, shipper’s export declaration, import certificate) to complete lawful import/export activities.
•Perform reconciliations, validations, and audits of warehouse inventory operations, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
•Be able to work onsite in a warehouse (including standing/walking in tight spaces and using hand and power tools).
