Job Summary

Lead and develop Field Service Professionals to deliver outstanding customer service for Vivint smart home installs and services. Ensure products are installed properly, timely, and according to manufacturer and industry standards. Coach team members with frequent evaluations, address customer questions and concerns, manage KPI performance, and coordinate with scheduling and sales/installation teams to minimize rescheduling and maintain customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Support, measure, and develop Field Service Professionals through leadership, training, and guidance.
•Ensure timely, properly executed installations in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
•Deliver frequent coaching and performance evaluations with detailed feedback and improvement areas.
•Resolve customer questions and concerns, review customer surveys, and coach Professionals as needed.
•Collaborate with scheduling and other teams to minimize appointment rescheduling and cover high-priority appointments when needed.

Key Requirements

•Recruit and hire Field Service Professionals and ensure new-hire paperwork is completed by deadlines.
•Train new and existing Professionals on effective customer engagement techniques.
•Improve Professionals’ performance against KPI targets.
•Demonstrate new Vivint products and services to Professionals and clarify needs before launches.
•Communicate installation and service policies, procedures, and techniques.
