Job Summary

Develop and enhance Gulf Air’s onboard dining experience by designing innovative food and beverage concepts, leading menu strategy, and driving product development across cabin classes. Refresh menus using passenger preferences, trends, and benchmarking, manage new item introductions, and optimize performance using feedback, consumption, and food-cost insights. Collaborate with catering partners and internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility and compliance with food safety, allergen, nutrition, labeling, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement onboard dining concepts aligned with brand standards, customer expectations, and business objectives.
•Review and refresh menu offerings across cabin classes using passenger preferences, market trends, and benchmarking.
•Lead development of food and beverage products, seasonal menus, and special meal offerings, including specifications and presentation standards.
•Analyze customer feedback, consumption trends, product performance, and food costs to optimize menus, pricing, and profitability.
•Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, nutrition, labeling, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
•Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field.
•Experience developing onboard food and beverage concepts aligned with brand standards and business objectives.
•Ability to lead menu and product development including specifications, presentation standards, portion controls, and descriptions.
•Knowledge of food safety, allergen, nutrition, labeling, and regulatory compliance with strong documentation/version control.
