Key Responsibilities

  • •Use T3 platform and company tools to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues by pulling data from makes/models, determine root cause and corrective action, and order parts.
  • •Perform safe repairs and maintenance on Pump, Power, and HVAC equipment in the shop and at customer locations when required.
  • •Set up and operate equipment individually or with other technicians; assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Maintain complete daily documentation/work orders and assist with training lower-level technicians as needed.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have experience maintaining and repairing power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections and repairs.
  • •Be able to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/understand schematics.
  • •Provide superior customer service plus teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •EPA 608 certification is preferred and obtainable within 6-12 months if not already held; high school diploma required (trade school certificate preferred).
