Job Summary

Lead a hands-on team of IT Security Engineers responsible for securing a global enterprise using Zscaler security products. Own internal security stack delivery and drive the Customer Zero program by deploying capabilities ahead of market release. Manage cross-functional security projects from inception through rollout, establish and monitor enterprise security standards, and stay deeply technical across Zero Trust architecture, policy design, access control, and secure connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of IT Security Engineers while staying actively technical through configuration reviews and troubleshooting.
•Drive Customer Zero initiatives by deploying internal security platforms ahead of market release and coordinating product/engineering feedback for internal adoption.
•Manage company-wide, cross-functional security projects and system deployments across IT, networking, endpoints, and applications to ensure seamless integration.
•Establish, deploy, and continuously monitor enterprise-grade IT security standards across networks, endpoints, applications, and cloud environments, including Zero Trust and proactive threat mitigation.
•Contribute to Zero Trust design and implementation, including policy optimization, access control, SSL decryption, segmentation, secure connectivity, and corporate IT security operations.

Salary: USD 137,200 - 196,000

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in IT security engineering (or related), including 2+ years managing technical teams.
•Experience with Zero Trust solutions including identity verification, role-based access control, network segmentation, and posture checking.
•Deep understanding of cloud architecture and cloud security, plus strong fundamentals in Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, access control, and authentication.
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive technology rollouts across a large organization.
•U.S. citizenship required due to customer compliance requirements.
